You might like to check your PROD message here - the one citation isn't to a website but to a newspaper article (which doesn't mention David S by name anyway!). PamD 22:41, 7 August 2018 (UTC)

The article’s truthfulness looked quite suspicious. I believed that there was a high possibility that it was a hoax. I tagged it with Template:Hoax, but that template says that for blatant hoaxes, I should use Template:db-hoax instead. Is the suspected hoax “blatant” enough to be tagged with the latter template? Thanks, also I’m slightly new here, having only under 2 months of experience. Please help me out. Torrent01 (talk) 19:29, 8 August 2018 (UTC)
- Hi! I've removed the hoax tag, as it probably doesn't apply here. I see that someone tagged it for PROD as an unreferenced BLP. That would be the correct move, in this case. StrikerforceTalk 19:49, 8 August 2018 (UTC)
- @Strikerforce: The article appears to be completely made up on the spot. Your opinion? Torrent01 (talk) 23:40, 8 August 2018 (UTC)
- I'd be inclined to agree, but as the PROD tag was already there, I'd have no problem letting that process play out. There is an appropriate CSD category for hoaxes, but - in my experience, at least - that's only to be used for blatant cases. This may not be such, but I haven't taken the time to Google, etc the subject. StrikerforceTalk 16:00, 9 August 2018 (UTC)
- @Strikerforce: Important update: Did a quick web search, turns out that David does indeed exist. Seehere. Still not notable enough, however. Torrent01 (talk) 16:10, 10 August 2018 (UTC)
- I agree. Let's let the BLP:PROD run its course, though. StrikerforceTalk 16:14, 10 August 2018 (UTC)

Moving pages
How many edits and how many days are required to move pages myself? Please help me! Torrent01 (talk) 18:43, 10 August 2018 (UTC)
- Hi! Wikipedia:User_access_levels#Autoconfirmed_and_confirmed_users Here is more information that can help you. As this account is only six days old, you may be covered under certain restrictions that are blocking the ability to move pages. Are there any specific examples of moves that you're attempting to make with which I might be able to help you? StrikerforceTalk 18:56, 10 August 2018 (UTC)
- Thanks!
Hey Torrent, guess what?
I created a new page on Wikipedia. List of Rubik's Cube manufacturers. Isn't this exciting, I'm finally learning how to create new pages. Please check it out. TempestGD (talk) 22:35, 13 August 2018 (UTC)

For United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi, I accidentally copied the wrong thing. For some reason I can’t edit now. Can someone help me fix? Torrent01 (is cool) (talk) 21:42, 17 August 2018 (UTC)

Can I please have a link to the Google Doc Tempest told me about? Thanks. MoyuSquad (talk) 23:47, 19 August 2018 (UTC)

User creation log help

On my watchlist, it says that in the user creation log, I created the account MoyuSquad. MoyuSquad is my friend in real life who I helped create an account while I was logged in. But does the watchlist message imply that MoyuSquad is my alt or something? Is there any way to change this, or do I just leave it there? I definitely don't want people to think MoyuSquad is me! What do I do? Torrent01 (is cool) (talk) 10:07, 3 September 2018 (UTC)
- From what I can see, it looks like the account MoyuSquad was created from a logged-out session, not by you. Compare that to the log for accounts created by another user directly or by email. I'm not sure what you're seeing on the watchlist, as it's been a little while since I've done an account creation and looked at the watchlist entry for it. stwalkerster (talk) 10:32, 3 September 2018 (UTC)
Blocked?!
NOTE: See Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Johnny Shiz for more information
Torrent01 (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
Suddenly found myself to be blocked today. Am confused, as this action seems to be without merit. Apparently I am being accused of "sockpuppetry" by some user named Shizzlecraft1. I do own multiple accounts, however the only ones listed that I really own are Test No 1, Test No II, and Test No 3. Please explain the following: 1. Who are Johnny Shiz, TheGrassGuy, etc? Judging by what I saw on their talk pages, they were vandalists and disruptive editors. I am highly against vandalism on Wikipedia and am sincerely confused. 2. What is CheckUser? It says on my block pave that it is some tool what you used to determine the blocks or "sockpuppetry". Dont computers make mistakes sometimes? Or am I wrong about what I think CheckUser is, please explain more. I do not recognize any of the names here except for my test accounts, Tempest, and Moyu. 3. TempestGD and MoyuSquad are listed too. But they are not me. "Sockpuppetry" is when you use multiple accounts. But the only alt accounts I used listed above are for legitimate reasons. Test No 1 is my original account, but I forgot the password. Test No II and III are Test acconuts to test out user creation. Anyways, tempest and Moyu are my friends in real life who also like Wikipedia. Is this because we use the same WiFi or something? And that you're suspicious for some reason? 4. Why am I listed as a sock of Shizzlecraft1 in my userpage, and the investigation in my block reason is at Johnny Shiz? You are afraid of letting a Wikipedia vandalist roam free, right? Torrent01 (is cool) (talk) 08:37, 7 September 2018 (UTC)
Decline reason:
Sockpuppetry is confirmed through technical evidence, and admitted here (in part) in the unblock request. Yamla (talk) 11:07, 7 September 2018 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

You blocked me in the first place, what do you think? Also why are my friends Tempest and Moyu listed? Is this because they've used my internet, and you've blocked them just to be safe? Also isn't changing your account because you forgot your password, and creating test accounts allowed? By the way, around a month ago, I've created a different account between Test No 1 and this, but I forgot what it's called and it's not listed. Please help me... — Preceding unsigned comment added by Torrent01 (talk • contribs) 21:22, September 7, 2018 (UTC)
- You are blocked for using multiple accounts in contravention of Wikipedia policy. Bradv 21:33, 7 September 2018 (UTC)
That's it, I give up
Since I am unable to convince anybody that my block is incorrect, I have decided to leave the site behind me. Sometimes in life things happen to me unfairly, however we just need to get over it. Goodbye from Wikipedia forever.
