Your opinions on the matter are welcome; you may participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Miscellany for deletion/Draft:List of parish councils in Cornwall and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). @Legacypac: You know this editor is banned here and globally locked, yes? Beyond My Ken (talk) 21:17, 5 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, its in my nomination statement. Twinkle auto-notifies Legacypac (talk) 21:22, 5 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Beyond My Ken, I've gone ahead and deleted. TonyBallioni (talk) 21:24, 5 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks. Legacypac: I don't use Twinkle (or other semi-automated tools) so I didn't know that, sorry for the unnecessary comment. Beyond My Ken (talk) 21:28, 5 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Another User:Calliopejen1 promising draft Legacypac (talk) 21:48, 5 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Legacypac: Yes, the draft itself looked like a good start on the topic. I did not know the author's history when I tagged it; I only look at the contents of the article. Calliopejen1 (talk) 21:52, 5 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Non-free rationale for File:Index12.png

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Index12.png. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F6 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Going forward

I began drafting this comment before the good offices of Serial Number 54129 and There'sNoTime (see their exchange at User talk:Arthur Kerensa where There'sNoTime told Serial Number 54129 to leave other people's talk pages alone). Don't feel too bad about this. Collapsing comment is no more than a housekeeping measure. Beyond My Ken is regularly called out for sockpuppetry and bullying (example post here):

You are obviously an editor with a previous history here. Please identify your account name. If you do not, I shall be forced to delete ypur [sic] edits as those of an illegitimate sockpuppet.

That's rich, coming from an editor with a list of socks as long as your arm, and who screams "outing" whenever anybody mentions one of their names. We are all volunteers, and nobody is forced to do anything. He is regularly called to the noticeboards for edit warring, incivility and sockpuppetry. From time to time he has been proposed for siteban
