Be nice to new users
Your responses to MeKLT can be seen as too harsh. While MeKLT's questions at TeaHouse were not appropriate, leniency is a better approach to new users. If you agree, you could go fo MeKLT's Talk page and delete the Warning. David notMD (talk) 17:45, 13 November 2018 (UTC)
- Hey, Denim11. I dropped by to raise my worries, only to see David notMD has already raised them with you. Look, I'm going to remove your level 3 warning from MeKLT's page, rather than ask you to do it yourself - that'd be quicker, and I really don't think it's warranted. We have a duty not to put off or intimidate newcomers who simply get confused by all our rules, ways, guidelines, policies and so forth. So, like David, can I also ask you to have a bit more consideration for other newcomers like yourself, please, and treat them gently? Many thanks, Nick Moyes (talk) 23:38, 13 November 2018 (UTC)
- @David notMd: and {{reply|Nick Moyes) I am sorry for being rude to MeKLT but I thought he was not assuming good faith but from now on I shall be gentle to new users.Denim11 (talk) 10:42, 14 November 2018 (UTC)
