Eligibility[edit]

The way I read paragraph 4 ("ELIGIBILITY") of the http://code.google.com/opensource/ghop/2007-8/rules.html, there's no mention of university, so e.g. dual-enrollment students are OK. I've changed the article accordingly. Golwengaud (talk) 05:30, 7 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
