I can find no evidence for the mass-created "is an unincorporated community". Indiana Geographic Names has it as a locale, and it was apparently as the name suggests a school. It had a public library, denoted as being in Lebanon [1]. Reywas92^Talk 04:58, 13 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Delete. Hazel College is supposed to be located in Lebanon Township, Boone County, Indiana. Neither the township nor county official government websites return any results in a search for "Hazel College". Seems to be nothing more than a USGS topographic area.
