Digimon Adventure, an anime series produced by Toei Animation for the Digimon franchise, which is also a reboot of the original series, is centered on the "Chosen Ones" (選ばれし子供達, Erabareshi Kodomotachi), a group of children chosen to protect the Digital World. Each child is partnered with a Digimon and use a Digivice[a] to help them Digivolve[b] into stronger forms.
