Community discussion

A community discussion at WP:ANI has placed Austrian economics-related pages under general sanctions indefinitely effective 00:29, 26 October 2013 (UTC). A second community discussion at WP:AN modified the sanctions language.

Remedies

Sanctions imposed cannot be undone by another administrator without approval of the sanctioning administrator or by an appeal to WP:AN. Pages may be tagged with {{Austrian economics sanctions}} to indicate that they are under general sanctions, though this is not a prerequisite for actioning (though users should be aware of sanctions before actually being sanctioned).

List here editors who have been placed on notice of the remedies in place (including the diff of the notification). For convenience, the template {{subst:Austrian economics enforcement}} may be used by an uninvolved administrator, or an individual message containing the same information.
