P!ATD song

Excuse me please! I've understood you! Maybe I wasn't right in this situation, at the next time I'll add the reference in the similar situation! With respect --93.72.76.168 (talk) 17:31, 29 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry if I interfere you, but I have a question also about the song"I Write Sins Not Tragedies", or more precisely about the music video. On the page P!ATD discography stated that this clip was shot 2006, but in the article about the song is written, that video was shot in December 2005. Do you think that it is better to fix this mistake, or leave things as they are? --93.72.76.168 (talk) 16:48, 30 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks. I messed them up while copying the links. It needed a further fix, which I did. If you want to turn them into cite format, ok, but I usually don't bother. (partly because I don't like the emphasis it gives to newspaper article titles by making them the link) . But the mess I left it in was my own fault. DGG ( talk ) 01:37, 2 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I removed the information off Wikipedia and sited 7 different reasons why and yet your site says I did not say why.

1 Legal Issues.

The facts are not true. Dr Young charges were dropped and expunged from his record. He was never charged in either case. Go back and ask court to provide you the records.

Kim Tinkham

She was never a patient of Dr. Robert O Young, she claimed that she followed his protocol but died from Liver Cancer. She wrote several emails and letters to Dr. Young thanking him for the five years that she was cancer free when she followed the program and used his recommended products. She wrote an email several weeks before her death in which she states that it is her own fault for going back to her precancerous lifestyle. Dr. Robert Young promotes an alkaline raw cuisine lifestyle with no alcohol, no dairy, no meat, no poultry, no fish, no sugar and no flour. His philosphy is simple, if you choose to eat them then your body will be in a state of acidosis. Cancer and disease can only live in acidic enviroment. Drinking alkaline water and eating alkaline diet allows your blood to increase the PH and alkalinity.

You can not blame Dr. Young for Kim Tinkhams death. She did not follow the entire program. Dr Young has thousands of patients with documented proof that follow the plan and have miraculous results. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Adecoratingmom (talkcontribs) 19:09, 6 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I'm sorry, but...

I'm disagree with this. Yesterday i added a reference with a interview by Formula TV (one of the first website about Tv-programs and actors from Spain). I think is enough, the article isn't too long for add three or four references. Also, in the interview says the same at the article: "he is most known by the ETB sketch-program Vaya Semanita" and was in the Spanisk remake of SNL. In the first paragraph says:

El programa de ETB2 'Vaya semanita' supuso su pasaje hacia el éxito pero no era, ni por mucho, su primera incursión en el mundo del espectáculo.

In English The ETB2 program Vaya Semanita means his jump to his success, but doesn't at all his first job in the show bussiness

. In the second paragraph starts talking about the Spanish Saturday Night Live "

Desde febrero Gorka Otxoa forma parte del selecto grupo de actores que cada semana hace de 'Saturday night live' (Globomedia) una interesante oferta de humor."

In English Since Febraury, Gorka Otxoa is one of the group actors and actrees who makes of Saturday Night Live an interesting humor offer every week

. If you want more sources, i can find more in another interviews. --Ravave (talk) 08:41, 18 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi fella, it's me again. I understand, It happens i'm surprised due to the template despite to be referenced, but maybe you right, One reference isn't enough, Fortunately this actor is very known in my country and there's many references. In this moments i'm in the Spanish Wikipedia making an article, but when i have time will be work in this too. Greetings. --Ravave (talk) 10:25, 20 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi WikHead,

Im newbie on Wikipedia. Think this is the place to "talk." I wanted to thank you for your edits, and would appreciate any feedback that would help make the page Wikipedia-worthy.

I will be making a few other edits today, mainly related to the references. I read up on them and found that we're able to copy code in existing articles, and that's where i'm finding i'm having some trouble. BUt think i just found a way to cite two places in the article with one reference.

I was reading up on endangered/extinct species last night and ran across this article. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pyrenean_ibex The format (i think thats what its called) was all messed up and one section was one big run on paragraph with spelling errors.I ended up fixing that but in the process (i have NO idea how i did this) deleted the references on accident.I tried to put it back but couldnt figure it out.Thank goodness the bot came behind me and fixed it! lol Im trying to do some more reading on basics so i can get better! :) WikiDiction (talk) 19:53, 8 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you, that was very usefull information. In particular the Bare URL article you directed me to. I found an article Bill the Goat that has links/citations that dosn't go anywhere/work anymore. I believe that would be qualified as a "dead link/link rot". (Im not 100% sure, correct me if im wrong please.) Should i heed the same advice you gave me on the "Emergency Disconnect Package" article?
Should i look for new information to back up whats already written and cite it, use something like a "way back" archive machine to find the link and replace it, or remove and re-write new information that can be backed up? — Preceding unsigned comment added by WikiDiction (talkcontribs) 19:06, 10 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Need help for Moving a Template.

Hi WikHead, i need help for moving template Template:Quran related to Template:Quran. As currently the page Template:Quran is a redirect page (http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Template:Quran&redirect=no) and Earlier it was occupied by Template:Cite quran and for this reason the extra suffix related was added to the template Template:Quran related. But now as the page is moved to a newer link the Template Template:Quran related should be moved to Template:Quran. Thanks, hope this request will be addressed. --Ibrahim ebi 12:57, 12 October 2012 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ibrahim ebi (talkcontribs)

Page deleted

Hi WikHead,

We corresponded a few weeks back as you provided some solid guidance on the Pexco article i was working on. Since then it seems that the page has been deleted.

Here is what i found: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Pexco,_LLC

I see that the editors who were working on this/deleted this say that the sources were suspect. I remember checking the references and making sure they were not tied to the company, and disagree with some of the claims. However, if a press release ran on a reputable industry website (e.g., Plastics News or TheStreet.com), is that not considered a "reliable source" because it's communications that came from the company?

I'd really appreciate any insight and guidance on what I can do to re-start this process. Can i even? What challenges I may run into, etc. Any other recommendations? Thank you once again for your time and input!

Thanks for Input

Hi WikHead,

You recently shared some very helpful input (thank you!) on how I might go about reinstating an article that I was working. Here is the AfD page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Pexco,_LLC. I had a few follow-up questions that would be helpful to know before I reach out to the admin who deleted the page.

- It seems the main concern was the sources. I had included some reputable sources (e.g., TheStreet.com) that picked up press releases, but am wondering that since press releases are communications from the company itself, they are not considered valid sources...even though they are on reputable sites. Here is an example: http://www.thestreet.com/story/11664500/1/odyssey-investment-partners-acquires-pexco.html If this is the case, then my next step would be either to find alternative sources, or modify the text that I include in the article?

- Can you briefly explain the differnce between undeleting and userfying vs. incubating as a user-space draft?

- Lastly, I understand you are quite the busy Wikipedian. But should the admin agree to reinstate the article, would you be willing to work with us/me so that we can make the necessary changes so that the article is Wiki-worthy? Your guidance is solid and will be heeded.

Thank you once again!
