Declined. The relationship between the requested redirect and the target article Encomienda is unclear. According to my understanding of the translation of the article "Sesmaria" at the Portuguese Wikipedia, the concept and historical timeframe of sesmaria and those of encomienda as discussed at the target appear to differ significantly. The article at the target does not mention sesmaria nor discuss differences, if any, from encomienda. Can you provide some citation that states that they are the same thing?
