The 2024–25 TFF First League will be the 24th season since the league was established in 2001 and 62nd season of the second-level football league of Turkey since its establishment in 1963–64.

Notes:
  1. ^ The Esenler Erokspor-Yeni Malatyaspor match, which was planned to be played on Saturday, 17.08.2024 at 19.15, has been postponed to a later date by the decision of the Turkish Football Federation.[4] It was played in 24 September.
  2. ^ Yeni Malatyaspor team did not take the field. After decision, which was made by the Turkish Football Federation (TFF), the match was cancelled, and Yeni has been deemed to have been defeated by 0-3.[5]
