Carlos Fernando Raffo Arce is a Peruvian Fujimorist politician and a Congressman representing Lima for the 2006–2011 term. Raffo belongs to the Alliance for the Future party. He is one of the main supporters of Alberto Fujimori. Raffo was defeated for re-election in the 2011 general elections.
