Shandiz District (Persian: بخش شاندیز) is in Torqabeh and Shandiz County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Shandiz.

At the 2006 National Census, its population (as a part of the former Torqabeh District of Mashhad County) was 21,833 in 5,838 households.[3] The following census in 2011 counted 30,981 people in 8,965 households, by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Torqabeh and Shandiz County.[4] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 36,294 inhabitants in 11,054 households.[2]
