Dorudfaraman Rural District (Template:Lang-fa) is in the Central District of Kermanshah County, Kermanshah province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 29,608 in 7,028 households.[3] There were 36,550 inhabitants in 9,748 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 24,165 in 6,183 households. The largest of its 53 villages was Deh Pahn, with 6,548 people.[2]
