Cheshmeh Sar Rural District (Persian: دهستان چشمه سار)[3] is in the Central District of Khansar County, Isfahan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Qudejan.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 3,832 in 1,137 households.[4] There were 4,426 inhabitants in 1,359 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 4,098 in 1,345 households. The largest of its 21 villages was Do Shakhkharat, with 1,526 people.[2]
