Sirvan Rural District (Persian: دهستان سيروان) is in Nowsud District of Paveh County, Kermanshah province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Neyesaneh.
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 2,874 in 833 households.[3] There were 2,855 inhabitants in 887 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 3,118 in 1,034 households. The largest of its 28 villages was Hani Garmaleh, with 869 people.[2]
