The Central District of Garmsar County (Template:Lang-fa) is in Semnan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Garmsar.[3]

At the National Census in 2006, its population was 49,071 in 13,714 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 50,892 people in 15,523 households.[5] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 60,258 inhabitants in 19,768 households.[2]
