Shafi (Template:Lang-fa, also Romanized as Shafī‘ and Shaf‘i)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Bahar Rural District of Abkuh District, Quchan County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,268 in 304 households, when it was in Dughayi Rural District of the Central District.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,537 people in 439 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,343 people in 412 households.[2]

In 2019, Dughayi Rural District and Quchan Atiq Rural District were separated from the Central District in the establishment of Abkuh District[4] and Quchan Atiq District,[7] respectively, each of which was divided into two rural districts.
