Nashtifan Rural District (Template:Lang-fa) is in the Central District of Khaf County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran. It is administered from the city of Nashtifan.[3]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 1,810 in 388 households.[4] There were 1,866 inhabitants in 459 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 1,752 in 460 households. The largest of its 10 villages was Mohammadabad, with 433 people.[2]
