Quzhd (Persian: قوژد, also Romanized as Qūzhd)[3] is a village in, and the capital of Bala Velayat Rural District of the Central District of Kashmar County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.[4]
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 4,024 in 1,087 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 4,344 people in 1,281 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 4,650 people in 1,435 households; it was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
