Weldaad is a community in the Mahaica-Berbice Region of Guyana on the Atlantic Ocean coast, located at 6°29′15″N 57°41′0″W / 6.48750°N 57.68333°W / 6.48750; -57.68333. It contains the areas' post office and a police station. The origin of the names comes from when the areas that make up Guyana were Dutch colonies.
