Jraberd (Armenian: Ջրաբերդ; Azerbaijani: Çiləbörd) is a village de facto in the Martakert Region of the Republic of Artsakh, and de jure in the Tartar Rayon of Azerbaijan. The village is on the cease-fire line between the armed forces of the self-proclaimed Nagorno-Karabakh Republic and those of Azerbaijan. There have been allegations of cease fire violations in the village's vicinity.[2] It is said that the founder of the Princely Hasan Jalalyan Family who ruled over the Principality of Khachen lived here at the ancient castle, and functioned as the center of his line.
