History
Cote opened on June 8, 2017. The restaurant is owned and manage by Simon Kim who also operates Michelin starred restaurant, Piora, also in Manhattan, New York. The head chef is David Shim.[3][4]
Cote offers Korean-styled steak and dry ages their steak in the restaurant. It is the only Korean steakhouse with a dry aging room. Restaurant critic Pete Wells considered Cote to serve better beef than any other Korean BBQ restaurant in New York City.[5][6]
