Irving Mall is an enclosed American shopping mall located in Irving, Texas, at the intersection of Texas State Highway 183 (Airport Freeway) and Belt Line Road. It has 123 stores, including five anchor tenants as of December 27, 2012[update], plus a food court.[1] It is under ownership of Washington Prime Group.
Current anchors include Macy's, Dillard's Clearance Center, Burlington Coat Factory, and La Vida Fashion and Home Decor.[3]
In 2015, Sears Holdings spun off 235 of its properties, including the Sears at Irving Mall, into Seritage Growth Properties.[4]
On October 15, 2018, it was announced that Sears would be closing as part of a plan to close 142 stores nationwide.[5]
Transportation
DART Routes 501 and 408 go by it on Belt Line.
