Shiloh Township is one of fifteen townships in Edgar County, Illinois, USA. As of the 2010 census, its population was 162 and it contained 89 housing units.[2] Shiloh Township was formed from Young America and Edgar townships.

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 58.36 square miles (151.2 km2), all land.[2]
