Talsarn is a hamlet in the community of Nantcwnlle, Ceredigion, Wales. It lies some 16 miles (26 km) south of Aberystwyth, 64 miles (103 km) north-west of Cardiff, and 178 miles (286 km) from London.

Notable archaeological discoveries have been made in the district, including Stone Age tools[1] and an "incredibly important" medieval convent, cemetery and Tudor mansion.[2][3]

The writer and poet Dylan Thomas lived at Plas Gelli, a country house in Talsarn from 1941 to 1943.[4]
