The Rwanda Football Federation, often abbreviated to FERWAFA, based on its French name Fédération Rwandaise de Football Association, is the official governing body of the Rwandan association football. It was founded in 1975, and affiliated to FIFA in 1978 and to CAF in 1976. It organizes the Rwanda Premier League and the Rwanda Women's Football League and has the responsibilities of caring for the Rwandan football/soccer men's and women's national teams.
