Five Roses Flour in Montreal

Five Rose Flour is a Canadian brand of flour originally established and owned by the Lake of the Woods Milling Company in 1888. In 1954, the Five Roses brand with the Lake of the Woods Milling Company were taken over by Ogilvie Flour Mills.[1] The Five Roses brand was taken over by The J.M. Smucker Company in 2009.[2]

Associated with the flour brand is the Five Roses Cookbook, originally established by the Lake of the Woods Milling Company and still in print.
