Thomas Sylvester "Tom" Taylor (December 4, 1880 – August 15, 1945) was a Canadian amateur soccer player who competed in the 1904 Summer Olympics.

He was born in Ontario. In 1904 he was a member of the Galt F.C. team, which won the gold medal in the soccer tournament. He played all two matches as a forward and scored three goals.

Taylor coached the Navy Midshipmen men's soccer team from 1921 until 1945.[1]
