At-Bashy is a raion (district) of Naryn Region in Kyrgyzstan. The administrative center is at At-Bashy.[1] Its area is 15,354 square kilometres (5,928 sq mi), and its resident population was 49,238 in 2009.[2]

Rural communities and villages

In total, At-Bashy District includes 18 settlements in 11 rural communities (aiyl okmotus). Each rural community includes one or several villages. The rural communities and settlements in the At-Bashy District are as follows:[3]

  1. Ak-Jar aiyl okmotu (1: center - village: Ak-Jar)
  2. Ak-Moyun aiyl okmotu (1: center - village: Ak-Moyun; and also village Birdik)
  3. Ak-Muz aiyl okmotu (1: center - village: Ak-Muz)
  4. Ak-Taala aiyl okmotu (2: center - village: Imeni Kalinina; and also village Terek-Suu)
  5. At-Bashi aiyl okmotu (1: center - village: At-Bashy)
  6. Acha-Kaiyndy aiyl okmotu (1: center - village: Acha-Kaiyndy)
  7. Bash-Kaindy aiyl okmotu (2: center - village: Bash-Kaindy, and also village Bolshevik)
  8. Kazybek aiyl okmotu (2: center - village: Kazybek; and also village Jangy-Küch)
  9. Kara-Koyun aiyl okmotu (2: center - village: Kyzyl-Tuu; and also village Kara-Bulun)
