Khaali Peeli is an Indian upcoming Hindi-language romantic action film directed by Maqbool Khan and produced by Ali Abbas Zafar and Himanshu Mehra. The film features Ishaan Khatter and Ananya Panday in main roles,[1] with Jaideep Ahlawat as antagonist.[2] Khaali Peeli was announced on 28 August 2019 as the makers unveiled first look. The principal photography commenced on 11 September 2019, but was put on hold due to the COVID-19 pandemic.[3][4][5]

Music

The soundtrack will be composed by Vishal-Shekhar. Lyrics are written by Irshad Kamil and Bhargav Purohit. The music rights are bagged by Saregama and Zee Music Company.

The song "Awaara Hoon" from the 1951 movie Awaara will be recreated by Tanishk Bagchi.
