The Grand Council of Vaud (French: Grand Conseil de Vaud) is the legislature of the canton of Vaud, in Switzerland. Vaud has a unicameral legislature. The Great Council has 150 seats, with members elected every four years.
The last elections were in 2012 and on 30 April 2017.
Composition
The largest groups are the one of the Free Democratic Party (49 seats), followed by the Socialist group (37 seats), followed by the group of the People's Party (25 seats), and the Green group (21 seats).
