Beaver Township is one of twelve townships in Pulaski County, Indiana, United States. As of the 2010 census, its population was 516 and it contained 216 housing units.[1]
Beaver Township was organized in 1839, and named after Beaver Creek.[2]

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 35.6 square miles (92 km2), of which 35.56 square miles (92.1 km2) (or 99.89%) is land and 0.04 square miles (0.10 km2) (or 0.11%) is water.[1]
