Wilbur Dawbarn is a British comics artist and cartoonist based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. He has drawn cartoons for publications such as Punch, The Times, Private Eye, The Spectator, and comic strips, such as Mr. Meecher, the Uncool Teacher, Rocky's Horror Show for The Dandy as well as Bodkin and the Bear for The DFC. He has also rebooted retro strips Winker Watson, Robin Hood's Schooldays, The Badd Lads, and Jack Silver for the Dandy Annual.

In November 2012, he took over art and writing duties on The Beano's Billy Whizz. He is also currently working on Useleus with Alexander Matthews for the children's comic The Phoenix.
