Dundas Street Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) is a bus rapid transit corridor proposed by Metrolinx through the regional transportation plan The Big Move. The City of Mississauga is using the brand Dundas Connects during the development phase.

The Dundas Street BRT would be a major east-west corridor for the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area, extending 40 kilometres (25 miles) along Dundas Street from the eastern terminus of Kipling station in Toronto, which connects to Line 2 Bloor–Danforth subway, to Waterdown in Hamilton as the western terminus. It would also make connections with the proposed Hurontario LRT and GO Transit's Milton line. The estimated capital cost is $600 million.

The bus rapid transit line was previously proposed to have its western terminus at Brant Street in Burlington, where it would connect to a future rapid transit line on Brant Street that would proceed south to the Burlington GO Station and Downtown Burlington.
