Aglaia edulis is a species of plant in the Meliaceae family. It is found in Bhutan, Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. The timber of this species is red, hard, and usually used for making carts, boats, furniture, etc.
