Gary Gordon (born July 24, 1990) is an American professional wrestler. He is signed to WWE, where he is working in their developmental territory NXT under the ring name Angelo Dawkins.

Early life

Gordon attended Harper College where he was a three-sport athlete, competing nationally in football, wrestling, and track.[1]

Professional wrestling career

NXT (2012–present)

Gordon signed a developmental contract with WWE in late 2012 and made his professional wrestling debut at a NXT live event on December 20, 2012 under the ring name Angelo Dawkins, losing to Sawyer Fulton.[2] He made his televised debut on the June 19, 2013 episode of NXT in a loss against Sami Zayn.[1] He then continued to make sporadic televised appearances as an enhancement talent over the next three years, often as part of a tag-team with Sawyer Fulton with the duo being defeated by teams such as Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady, The Vaudevillains, Blake and Murphy and the The Hype Bros.[3]On September 28, 2016, Dawkins made an appearance on NXT losing to Tye Dillinger.
