Arcola Township is one of nine townships in Douglas County, Illinois, USA. As of the 2010 census, its population was 3,312 and it contained 1,285 housing units.[2]

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 53.74 square miles (139.2 km2), of which 53.63 square miles (138.9 km2) (or 99.80%) is land and 0.11 square miles (0.28 km2) (or 0.20%) is water.[2]
