At-Bashi is a raion (district) of Naryn Region in Kyrgyzstan. The capital lies at At-Bashi.[1]

In total, At-Bashi District include 10 rural communities (aiyl okmotus). Each rural community includes one or several villages. The rural communities in At-Bashi District and settlements are as follows:[2]

  5. At-Bashi aiyl okmotu (center - village At-Bashi)
  6. Acha-Kaiyndy aiyl okmotu ( center - village Acha-Kaiyndy)
  7. Bash-Kaindy aiyl okmotu (center - village Bash-Kaindy, and also village Bolshevik)
  8. Kara-Koyun aiyl okmotu ( center - village Kyzyl-Tuu, and also village Kara-Bulun)
  9. Kara-Suu aiyl okmotu (center - village Kara-Suu, and also village Dyikan)
