Billie McKay (born 11 July 1991) is an Australian television cook. She is the winner of MasterChef Australia 2015. Her prizes were $250 000, an Alfa Romeo car and a monthly column in a food magazine. Guest judge Heston Blumenthal also offered her a job at his restaurant The Fat Duck.[2]

McKay was raised on a dairy farm[3] in Bowraville, New South Wales[4] and attended Macksville High School.[5] Prior to competing on MasterChef she was a restaurant manager in Ballina, New South Wales.[6]
