Carrie Finlay (born September 19, 1986, in Montreal, Quebec Canada) is a voice actor in two Canadian animated series. She played Lily Duncan for the duration of Mona the Vampire, and Melodine on Potatoes and Dragons.

She had a number of live-action roles in The Worst Witch, Gambling and Addiction, The Gazette, The Reagans, The Score and Timeline as well as various theatre roles.

Carrie Finlay debuted a new piece of theatre entitled 'The Simple Life: Paris and Nicole Become Lawyers' in which she played Nicole. Lord Denning said her performance was "better than cricket" and that actor dude who played Paris said "it was better than sex!" Carrie noted to the media that she hoped the show would be picked up and eventually turned into a sit-com.[citation needed]

She now attends the Faculty of Law at McGill University.
