WTF?? What are the qualifications for being "from Sacramento"?

Tina Cole, Sam Doumit, Susan Johnson Samantha Lewes (links to Tom Hanks!) Melody Prekins (Germany!) Analeigh Tipton (MN)

were not born in Sacramento so why are they included as "from Sacramento"?

I used to live in Memphis, TN (twice) but in no way would I consider myself as being "from Memphis."
