Possible renaming

I considered renaming these categories to Fiction by country of setting, Fiction set in Afghanistan, etc.

However, I withdrew this because:

although the country is not always the topic of the fiction, but often just the setting, nevertheless the fictional works are portrayals of the country;
some of the categories also contain e.g. Fictional Afghan people, which IMHO sit properly within Afghanistan in fiction but not so clearly within "Fiction set in Afghanistan"; and it is helpful to keep these together.
