Suicide by year/age

Is there a particular reason why we don't have categories for suicides by year and by age please? Not enough to populate, or is there a consensus not to create them for another reason?Zigzig20s (talk) 08:31, 21 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Zigzig20s: suicides by year are not WP:DEFINING traits: we don't categorize people by age at death, nor should we categorize by age at suicide. A category full of people with nothing more in common besides the year they took their life is of interest to an extremely small subset of readers. See WP:Overcategorization.
