Dil Se Di Dua... Saubhagyavati Bhava? is an Indian television which was produced by UTV Software Communications and Trishula Productions and was broadcast on Life OK.[1] The show had its run of about a year and went off air on 18 January 2013.[2] Karanvir Bohra and Sriti Jha were the leads of the show.[3] The show focussed on struggle of a woman to save herself from her obsessive, abusive husband. The Times Of India stated that Bohra's performance brought higher TRPs to the show.[4]


The story starts with Viraj Dobriyal, a rich business tycoon falling for a simple girl named Jhanvi. Viraj proposed to Jhanvi and they get married with Jhanvi's family's approval. However soon after getting married Jhanvi comes to know about Viraj's psychotic and obsessive nature. Apart from Viraj's harassment Jhanvi continues to stay with him. However, in one such incident of harassment Jhanvi loses her child and decides to leave Viraj.

Jhanvi elopes from Viraj's house and starts a new life with Raghav, but Viraj follows her there and again creating havoc in her life. Viraj plans to kill Raghav and get Jhanvi back. Will he succeed or will Jhanvi fight back?
