DFJ Growth.,[1] is a venture capital firm that invests in disruptive technology companies at the growth stage.
The firm focuses on partnering with founders and their companies at the scaling and hyper-growth phase of development. Investment focus areas include in AI, big data, climate, creator economy, defense, enterprise IT, life tech, security, smart systems, and space.

The firm was founded in 2005[2] by John Fisher, Randy Glein, Barry Schuler, and Mark Bailey. Additional partners on the investment team include Sam Fort, Jocelyn Kinsey and Justin Kao[3].
Notable companies in the firm’s portfolio are: Anaplan (NYSE: PLAN)[4], Box (NYSE: BOX)[5] Coinbase (NASDAQ: COIN)[6], OpenAI[7], Patreon[8], SpaceX[9], Stripe[10], Sumo Logic (NASDAQ: SUMO)[11], Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA)[12], Twitter (NYSE:TWTR)[13], and Unity (NYSE: U)[14] The firm has approximately $3 billion under management. The firm closed its fourth core fund, DFJ Growth Fund IV ($1 billion), in 2021.[10]
