José Joaquim Cardoso de Melo Neto
José Joaquim Cardoso de Melo Neto (1883-1965) was a Brazilian politician. He was born in Sao Paulo. He was mayor of his hometown and governor of his home state. He served on the faculty of the University of São Paulo.
