Kara-Kulja (Kyrgyz: Кара-кулжа району, Qara-qulca rayonu/Kara-kulja raýonu, قارا-قۇلجا رايونۇ) is a raion (district) of Osh Region in south-western Kyrgyzstan. The capital lies at Kara-Kulja.:[2]

In total, Kara-Kulja District contains 49 villages in 12 rural communities (aiyl okmotus). The rural communities in Kara-Kulja District and villages are as follows:[3]

  2. Kapchygay aiyl okmotu (Sary-Bee, Sary-Tash, Tereksuu, and Nichke-Suu)
  3. Kenesh aiyl okmotu (Kenesh, Por)
  4. Karaguz aiyl okmotu (Jany-Talaa, Altyn-Kyurek, Jetim-Debe, Kalmatay, Kara-Jygach, and Nasirdin)
  5. Kara-Kochkor aiyl okmotu (Kara-Kochkor, Ak-Kyya, and Sary-Bulak)
  6. Kara-Kulja aiyl okmotu (Kara-Kulja, Biy-Myrza (former Tel'man), Pervoye Maya and Sary-Kamysh)
  7. Kyzyl-Jar aiyl okmotu (Kyzyldzhar, Kaiyn-Talaa, Koo-Chaty, Terek, Chachyrkanak, and Kuyotash)
  8. Ylay-Talaa aiyl okmotu (Ylay-Talaa, Say, Sharkyratma, Jylkol, and Sary-Tash)
  9. Oytal aiyl okmotu (Oytal, Konduk)
  10. Sary-Bulak aiyl okmotu (Sary-Bulak, Kara-Bulak, Konokbay-Talaa, Kyzyl-Bulak, Sary-Kyungey, Tegerek Saz, and Toguz-Bulak)
