Keramuddin Keram is a politician in Afghanistan, who has served as Governor of Panjshir Province till November 2, 2013. He was Chief of staff in the Ministry of Defense under Mohammed Fahim between 2002 and December 2004. He is an ethnic Tajik.[1] He is the current president of the Afghanistan Football Federation, a position he has held since 2004.[2]
