Prince concert chronology |
Love 4 One Another Charities Tour was a short American tour by Prince promoting his charity known as "Love 4 One Another". The concerts contained a mix of songs that were a transition between the Gold Tour and the upcoming Jam of the Year Tour, incorporating much more "Prince" material into the sets, as well as new material from Emancipation.
History
Most of the long-standing New Power Generation were let go in 1996, and new musicians were brought in as replacements. The only remainining member was Morris Hayes, although former Game Boyz dancer Kirk Johnson was brought back into the fold to play drums.
