Marci Francisco is an American politician who currently serves as the Kansas State Senator from the 2nd district, a position she has held since 2005.[1] She was mayor of Lawrence, Kansas, from 1981 to 1983[2] and City Commissioner from 1979 to 1983. She announced that she will be running for Kansas State Treasurer in 2018.
